With a career in brand strategy, marketing, and building experience-driven businesses, she brings an eye for the vibe, a love for the ritual, and a soft spot for the products that challenge the norm. Her passion? Making people feel seen, heard, and inspired to live on their own terms — starting with what’s in their glass.
When she’s not dabbling with an adaptogenic elixir or crafting your next favorite mocktail upgrade, you’ll probably find her adventuring under water, deep in a design file for a customer, perfecting her pierogi recipe, or planning the next bold idea.

From building vendor relationships to keeping the sips stocked, Monie brings the hustle, humor, and heart to Herban Spirits. As Nic’s brother and right-hand man, he brings the jokes, deep local roots, and making sure the community feels seen and supported — whether you’re a customer or a vendor.
When he’s not sharpening his instincts for who and what belongs on our shelves, you can find him hitting the links, shuttling littles to and from practice, or running Greenville’s first concierge business, Powered By Monie.

VIBE-CHECKIN' US SINCE 1978
Born in Poland and forged in grit, grace, and tradition, our mom came to the U.S. with nothing but ambition, brains, and a whole lot of backbone. She rose through the ranks as an engineer — often one of few women in the room. Now retired, she’s finally taking a well-earned breather and remains at the center of Herban Spirits. Equal parts wildly nurturing and no-bull, she’s the reason we believe in integrity, hard work, and feeding people (whether they’re hungry or not).
Her journey is what sparked the revival of our sober roots — searching for better ways to toast when everyone else was toasted. (Also, nobody ever carries non-alc Mango Cart. Rude.)
She doesn’t run the show, but trust that nothing gets past her. She’s our forever Board of Vibes and a living reminder that family is everything. We love you, mom.
